If you ask me about my passion, it's always been "about cake".

For me, it's all about that moment when, after putting all natural ingredients together in just the right combination, sweetness spreads through the whole house.

The smell of a cake, pie, or loaf of bread baking in the oven is my definition of happiness and that happiness grows when that cake, pie, or loaf of bread is shared with family and friends.

I started "about cake" so I can share this happiness with you, too.
